Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders placed on ZARQAA can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID. Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used during purchase.
- Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by ZARQAA
In rare cases, ZARQAA reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
