Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

At ZARQAA, we take great care in delivering premium handcrafted Punjabi juttis. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID along with clear images or videos of the product showing the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Return Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions. In cases of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be free of cost.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
